Capra Canis Nubiana, the Desert Goat-Hound, is a hybrid creature based on a Nubian Ibex and a sighthound. The model was made over several weeks using Modo, then textured in Zbrush and rendered in Maya with Redshift.

• Designed original hybrid creature based on two different animals
• Created proportional orthographic drawings and modeled from them
• Emphasized good edge flow to allow for future rigging and animation
• Sculpted and painted topological detail to create displacement, normal, and roughness maps
